News Alert

The EIVA has received an official update from the AAU, which is included below, that all events be temporarily suspended for the next 3 weeks. Our EIVA events are sanctioned by the AAU and will therefore be suspended for this amount of time. Club directors will be contacted with further details relating to events impacted this decision. We will continue to monitor this situation as an organization and will provide information as quickly as possible.

Re: Coronavirus Update

In light of the ongoing developments as a result of COVID-19 (“Coronavirus”), the AAU is temporarily suspending ALL AAU events, for the next 3 weeks, effective immediately. The AAU’s first priority is the safety and welfare of all of our athletes, coaches and families. As a result, licenses are temporarily suspended for the next three weeks pursuant to the AAU Code.

The AAU will continue to monitor the situation on a national, regional, state and local level. We will keep all of our AAU members updated as the situation evolves.
